Garlic Baby Bok Choy tosses fresh greens in fragrant minced garlic, covered briefly to steam through and seasoned with chicken powder.
Wash the baby bok choy, drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.
熱鑊下油,爆香蒜蓉。
Turn to high heat, add the baby bok choy and toss to combine, cover and let it steam for 1-2 minutes, then season with Knorr Pure Chicken Powder.
轉大火,加入白菜仔兜勻,蓋上鑊蓋焗 1-2 分鐘,以家樂牌純鮮雞粉調味即成。
