Thai Lemongrass Chicken Wings marinate the wings in lemongrass, shallots, lime juice and fish sauce, then air-fry them to a crisp, aromatic finish.
Finely chop the lemongrass, shallots and kaffir lime leaves.
香茅、紅蔥頭、檸檬葉切碎。
Marinate the chicken wings with the lemongrass, shallots, lime juice, fish sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and white pepper for 2 hours.
雞翼用香茅、紅蔥頭、青檸汁、魚露、生抽、糖、胡椒粉調味料醃製 2 小時。
Preheat the air fryer, add the marinated wings, brush a thin layer of oil on top and air-fry at 180°C for 6 minutes. Flip, brush with oil again and cook for another 7 minutes.
預熱氣炸鍋,放入醃好雞翼,面頭掃上一層薄薄的油,180 度氣炸 6 分鐘,反轉再掃油焗 7 分鐘即成。
