Three Cheese, Spinach and Ham Cannelloni fills crepes with ricotta, spinach and ham, then bakes them under tomato sauce, bechamel and parmesan.

Preheat a pan over medium heat, add the oil and sauté the onion until they are transparent, let cool

In a bowl beat the eggs with pepper, add the onion, spinach, and ricotta, mix well

Place the crepe inside a plate

Cover the base of a large baking dish with Italian tomato sauce
在大焗盤底部鋪上意大利番茄醬。
Arrange the cannelloni side by side to cover the base
將千層卷並排擺放,鋪滿焗盤底部。
Cover the top with plenty of tomato sauce
在頂部淋上大量番茄醬。
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
預熱焗爐至 190°C(375°F)。
In a serving dish we place the cannelloni, add italian tomato sauce, bechamel and parmesan cheese to taste, do it individually for each guest.
