Tomato, tuna and egg noodle bowl tosses chilled udon with mashed soft-boiled egg, tuna and cherry tomatoes in a soy and apple cider vinegar dressing.
Cook the udon noodles until done, then transfer to a bowl of iced water to cool. Drain and set aside.

Place the raw egg in boiling water and cook for 7 minutes 30 seconds. Remove and soak in iced water to cool, then peel.

Mash the soft-boiled egg and mix together with the tuna and chopped cherry tomatoes.

Add the udon noodles, pour in the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and pepper salt, and mix well.
將瀝乾的烏龍麵加入,並倒入醬油、蘋果醋和胡椒鹽,攪拌至所有食材和調味料都均勻融合。
Plate and sprinkle with chopped spring onion. Done.
