Tuna Egg Hand Roll wraps canned tuna mixed with hard-boiled egg and steamed rice in crisp nori, rolled tightly for a quick breakfast.
Cook the hard-boiled eggs and rice, let cool. Mix the eggs with the canned tuna. Optionally add a little onion. (Prepare ingredients the night before; reheat in microwave for 1 minute the next day before assembling.)
