Western Style Grilled Onigiri Chazuke wraps miso in a consomme rice ball, grills it golden, then pours hot broth over butter and green onion.
Mix half of the consommé granules into the hot cooked rice.

Place half of the miso into the center of the rice. Carefully fold the rice around the miso to form a rice ball, also known as an onigiri.
將一半清湯粒混入白飯中。把一半味噌放喺飯嘅中心,然後將飯包住味噌,捏成飯糰。
Spread the remaining miso evenly over the top of the onigiri. Grill it until the miso topping turns a light brown.
將剩餘嘅味噌塗喺飯糰頂部,然後烤至味噌略微變啡。
Transfer the grilled onigiri to a serving dish. Top it with the pat of butter and the chopped green onion.
放喺碟上,加上牛油同青蔥。
Dissolve the remaining consommé granules in hot water and pour this broth over the onigiri.
將剩餘嘅清湯粒溶喺熱水中,然後淋喺飯糰上。
As the hot broth is poured, the butter will melt well.
牛油會慢慢融化。
Serve and enjoy immediately, allowing the miso hidden in the center to dissolve into the warm broth.
