Let your aged steak sit out on the countertop until it reaches room temperature.

Heat an oven-safe, heavy-duty ridged non-stick pan or a cast iron skillet. Do not add any oil at this stage; simply heat it on high.

Place the pat or slice of garlic herb butter on top of the steak and ALLOW IT TO REST FOR 5-6 MINUTES. Do not cut into it; this resting period allows the juices to redistribute back to the center. Cutting it too soon will result in a dry steak.
Magdagdag ng mga side dishes na gusto mo at ihain.
Add any desired side dishes and serve immediately.
