Coconut Red Bean Pudding ay sinteam na coconut milk at rice flour na batter na may red beans, malambot at matamis na Chinese cake.
Pagsamahin ang evaporated milk, coconut milk, rice flour, cornstarch at light soy sauce, salain at itabi.
Combine the evaporated milk, coconut milk, rice flour, cornstarch and light soy sauce, then strain and set aside.
Lutuin ang red beans at itabi, o gumamit ng de-latang red beans. Initin ang red bean liquid na may asukal, ibuhos sa batter at haluin (gumamit ng tubig kung walang red bean liquid).
Cook the red beans and set aside, or use canned red beans. Heat the red bean liquid with sugar, then pour it into the batter and stir until even (use plain water if there is no red bean liquid).
Ibuhos sa hulmahan at i-steam ng mga 30 minuto.
Pour into a mould and steam for about 30 minutes.
