Bawang na Halaan na may Hipon ay pinupuno ng shrimp paste sa ibabaw ng sotanghon, tinapos ng sarsa ng bawang, sili at oyster sauce.
Ibabad ang halaan sa tubig na may asin para mailabas ang buhangin, banlawan, lutuin hanggang bumukas at hanguin.
Soak the sand clams in salted water to purge sand, rinse clean, then cook until they open and remove.
Magpainit ng kawali na may mantika at igisa ang bawang, sili, light soy sauce, oyster sauce at asukal hanggang maging sarsa.
