Cucumber, Tenga ng Daga at Hipon na Salad: pipino, tenga ng daga at hipon na hinalo sa bawang, sili, toyo at black vinegar na may mainit na mantika.
Hiwain ang pipino sa piraso at bahagyang dagukan, ayon sa gusto mo.
Cut the cucumber into strips and lightly smash it, however you prefer.
Banlawan ang tenga ng daga at hipon hanggang luto, hanguin, at balatan ang hipon.
Blanch the wood ear and prawns until cooked, scoop out, and peel the prawns.
Pagsamahin ang tinadtad na bawang, siling labuyo, wansoy, toyo, asukal, asin, oyster sauce, black vinegar at itim o puting linga. Painitin ang mantika at ibuhos sa sarsa, haluin, ibuhos sa hipon, pipino at tenga ng daga, haluin at hayaang lumasa sandali bago ihain.
Put them together with minced garlic, bird's eye chilli, coriander, soy sauce, sugar, salt, oyster sauce, black vinegar and black or white sesame. Heat oil and pour it over the sauce, stir evenly, then pour over the prawns, cucumber and wood ear, toss to combine and let it marinate briefly before serving.
