Garlic Steamed Eggplant na pinatungan ng sarsa ng bawang, oyster sauce, toyo, at sili, na binudburan ng sariwang dahon ng sibuyas.
Hiwain ang talong at gumawa ng mababaw na guhit sa ibabaw. Ibabad sa tubig na may puting suka ng 3 minuto para hindi mangitim.
Cut the eggplant into pieces and score the surface with shallow lines. Soak in white vinegar water for 3 minutes to prevent darkening.
Paghaluin ang bawang, dahon ng sibuyas, sili, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil at asukal.
Mix the minced garlic, spring onion, chili, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.
I-steam ang talong sa katamtamang apoy ng mga 10 minuto, buhusan ng sarsa at dahon ng sibuyas, pagkatapos ay i-steam pa ng 3 minuto.
Steam the eggplant over medium heat for about 10 minutes, pour over the sauce and spring onion, then steam for another 3 minutes.
