Steamed na Manok at Baby Cabbage na may baby cabbage sa ilalim, nilagyan ng hinandang hita ng manok, luya, sili at sibuyas, siningaw hanggang malambot.
Balatan at alisan ng buto ang hita ng manok at hiwain nang maliit, gawing singsing ang sili, tadtarin ang dahon ng sibuyas at luya. Lagyan ang manok ng sili, dinurog na luya, kaunting dahon ng sibuyas, kaunting paminta at kaunting cornstarch, isang kutsarang cooking wine at kalahating kutsarang light soy sauce. Masahin at i-marinate sandali.
