Minarinate na manok na pinasingawan sa ibabaw ng winter melon at cordyceps flower, may red dates at goji, naglalabas ng sariwang katas.
Ibabad ang kalahating manok sa tubig ng 20 minuto, hugasan at patuyuin ng kitchen paper. Lagyan ng hiniwang luya, 2 kutsarang toyo, 1 kutsarang cooking wine, 1 kutsarang oyster sauce, puting paminta, 1 kutsarang cornstarch at 1 kutsarang mantika; haluin at i-marinate ng 30 minuto.
Soak half a yellow-feather chicken in water for 20 minutes, rinse clean and pat dry with kitchen paper. Add shredded ginger, 2 spoons light soy sauce, 1 spoon cooking wine, 1 spoon oyster sauce, white pepper, 1 spoon cornstarch and 1 spoon oil; toss until coated and marinate for 30 minutes.
Hiwain ang winter melon at ilatag sa ilalim ng plato. Maglagay ng layer ng cordyceps flower, ilagay ang minarinate na manok sa ibabaw. Tapusin sa 4 na red dates at kaunting goji.
Slice the winter melon and lay it over the base of the plate. Spread a layer of cordyceps flower on top, then arrange the marinated chicken over it. Finish with 4 red dates and a few goji berries.
Pakuluan ang tubig, ilagay ang buong plato, at pasingawan sa malakas na apoy ng 20 minuto.
Bring water to a boil, set the whole plate in, and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
