Steamed Kondol na may Giniling na Baboy: kondol na nilatagan ng baboy na may bawang at luya, pinasingawan hanggang lambot, tinapos sa sesame oil.
Balatan at alisan ng buto ang kondol, pagkatapos hiwain.
Peel and deseed the winter melon, then slice.
Lagyan ang giniling na baboy ng tinadtad na luya at bawang, 1 kutsarang cooking wine, 1 kutsarang toyo at kalahating kutsarang asin, i-marinate sandali, idagdag ang 1 kutsarang cornstarch at haluin.
Add minced ginger and garlic, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce and half a tbsp salt to the minced pork, marinate a while, then add 1 tbsp cornflour and mix well.
Ayusin ang hiniwang kondol sa plato at ilatag ang giniling na baboy sa ibabaw.
Arrange the sliced winter melon on a plate and spread the minced pork on top.
Kapag umuusok na ang steamer, isalang ang baboy at kondol at pasingawan sa malakas na apoy ng mga 15 minuto hanggang luto ang kondol.
Once the steamer is steaming, put in the pork and winter melon and steam over high heat for about 15 minutes until the melon is cooked through.
Hanguin at habang mainit, budburan ng dahon ng sibuyas at kaunting sesame oil.
Remove from the steamer and, while hot, sprinkle with spring onion and a little sesame oil.
