Nostalgic Salmon na air-fried na salmon na may sarsang tomato, bawang, fish sauce at Thai chili na pinakuluan hanggang lumapot.

Fish Preparation: Clean the fish with salt, then rinse it well with water. Pat the fish dry before lightly seasoning both sides with sea salt and ground black pepper.
Mag-spray ng neutral oil sa magkabilang panig at balat. Lutuin sa air-fryer na may foil sa ibaba @ 198°C ng 20-25 minuto (hindi na kailangang ibaligtad) o hanggang ginto.
Spray both sides of the salmon, including the skin, with neutral oil. Cook it in an air fryer at 390°F for 20-25 minutes, or until golden. Place foil on the bottom of the air fryer basket; there's no need to flip the fish during cooking.

Sauce Preparation: While the salmon is cooking, prepare the sauce. Sauté the minced garlic, minced shallots, and diced white onions in 2 tablespoons of neutral oil until the onions become translucent. Add the diced Roma tomatoes, sugar, fish sauce, and 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.

Toss everything evenly, then let the sauce simmer uncovered for 2 minutes, or until it has reduced to your desired consistency. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings as needed.
