Vietnamese grilled salmon na minarinate sa patis, ina-air-fry hanggang malambot, tinatapos ng green onion oil, pritong sibuyas at durog na mani.
Tuyuin ang salmon gamit ang mga paper towels. Alisin ang balat ng salmon at itabi. Gumawa ng hiwa sa pinakamataas na bahagi para sa pantay na pagluluto at para makapasok ang marinade. I-marinade gamit ang mga sangkap na nakalista sa seksyong "marinated Salmon". Hayaang mag-marinade ng hindi bababa sa 15 minuto (walang ref).
Dry salmon clean with paper towels. Remove salmon skin and set aside. Score salmon at thickest part for even cooking and for marinate to penetrate. Marinade with ingredients listed at "marinated Salmon" section. Let marinade for at least 15 minutes (no fridge).
Gupitin ang balat ng salmon sa mahabang piraso. Timplahan ng sea salt, black pepper, at cornstarch. Magdagdag ng cooking oil at haluin muli.
Cut salmon skin into long strips. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Add cooking oil and mix again.
Gamit ang Air-fryer, i-air-fry ang salmon at salmon skin sa 390°F ng 20 minuto.
Using Air-fryer, air-fry salmon & salmon skin at 390F for 20 minutes.
Lagyan ang salmon ng: green onion oil, durog na toasted na mani, at pritong sibuyas. Malutong na salmon skin sa gilid.
Top salmon with: green onion oil, crushed toasted peanuts, & fried shallots. Crispy salmon skin on side.
