Brioche Buns, hinahalo ang harina, Greek yogurt, at baking powder na may chocolate chips bago ihurno sa egg wash.

First, combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add the Greek yogurt and sugar, mixing them in. Once those are incorporated, stir in the chocolate chips.

Brush each bun with the egg yolk and milk mixture, and then gently score a small cross on top of each one. Bake these for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C).
