Steamed na Manok na may Five-Finger Fig Root at Red Dates na minarinate ang manok sa ugat, red dates at luya, saka sinisingaw sa malakas na apoy.
Hugasan ang manok at hiwain. Hugasan ang five-finger fig root at ibabad sa malinis na tubig nang 30 minuto. Alisan ng buto ang red dates.
Rinse the chicken and cut into pieces. Rinse the five-finger fig root and soak in clean water for 30 minutes. Pit the red dates.
Sa mangkok, pagsamahin ang cooking wine, asin, light soy sauce at mantika ayon sa panlasa, at haluin nang pantay.
In a bowl, combine cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce and cooking oil to taste, and stir evenly.
Ilagay ang manok sa pampalasa, idagdag ang hiniwang luya, dahon ng sibuyas, red dates at goji berries. Haluin at i-marinate nang 30 minuto.
Add the chicken to the seasoning, then add ginger slices, spring onion segments, red dates and goji berries. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Ilagay ang hinandang manok sa steamer at singawin sa malakas na apoy nang 25 minuto.
Place the marinated chicken in a steamer and steam over high heat for 25 minutes.
