Bakpao Custard Lumer membungkus isian custard kuning telur asin dalam adonan ragi, di-proof dua kali dan dikukus hingga bagian tengah lumer.
Isian custard: Pertama kukus kuning telur asin hingga matang (sekitar 1 menit di microwave) dan haluskan dengan sendok. Lelehkan mentega, campur semua bahan isian, bagi menjadi 8-10 bagian, bentuk bulat dan dinginkan di freezer 5 menit.
Custard filling: First steam the salted egg yolks until cooked (about 1 minute in the microwave) and mash with a spoon. Melt the butter, mix all the filling ingredients together, divide into 8-10 portions, roll into balls and chill in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Campur ragi dengan dua sendok makan air hangat dan diamkan 10 menit. Campur tepung, gula dan baking powder, tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit, lalu campur ragi.
Mix the yeast with two tablespoons of warm water and let stand 10 minutes. Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder, gradually adding water, then mix in the yeast.
Uleni adonan hingga halus, sekitar 8 menit, lalu masukkan ke mangkuk besar, olesi sedikit minyak, tutup plastik wrap dan biarkan mengembang untuk proofing pertama, diamkan 30 menit (adonan akan mengembang dua kali lipat).

Letakkan bakpao di atas kertas roti, masukkan ke kukusan, tutup dan diamkan 25 menit untuk proofing kedua (adonan akan mengembang sedikit lagi).

Lalu kukus dengan api besar 8-10 menit dan selesai!
Then steam over high heat for 8-10 minutes and they're done!
