Focaccia Multigrain dengan Tepung Sereal Gelap menguleni adonan madu dan minyak zaitun, dipanggang dengan garam kasar dan rosemary.
Campur minyak zaitun, madu, dan garam hingga rata.
Stir together the olive oil, honey, and fine salt.
Tambahkan setengah tepung dan air, aduk rata, lalu masukkan sisa tepung.
Add half of the flour along with the water. Stir this mixture until it's evenly combined, then add the rest of the flour.
Uleni adonan dengan tangan hingga halus. Tutup dan istirahatkan selama 15 menit.
Knead the dough by hand until it becomes smooth. Once kneaded, cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Lipat adonan, lalu biarkan mengembang di atas loyang tertutup hingga dua kali lipat ukurannya.
After resting, fold the dough. Place it on a baking sheet, cover it, and let it rise until it has doubled in size.
Regangkan adonan dengan jari, perciki minyak zaitun, taburi garam kasar dan rosemary, lalu biarkan mengembang 30 menit lagi.
Gently stretch the dough out using your fingers. Drizzle a little olive oil over it, then sprinkle with coarse salt and rosemary. Let it rise for an additional 30 minutes.
Panggang dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan pada suhu 220°C selama 30 menit.
Bake the focaccia in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 30 minutes.
