Diamkan mentega di suhu ruang sampai lunak. Di mangkuk besar, campur mentega lunak dengan gula halus dan garam hingga rata.

Ayak tepung terigu dan maizena ke dalam adonan, aduk rata. Di mangkuk lain, larutkan kopi instan dalam air panas (jika tidak larut, tim di atas air panas), lalu masukkan cairan kopi ke adonan dan aduk rata.

Pindahkan adonan ke piping bag dan semprotkan bentuk bunga sesuai selera. Dinginkan di kulkas 30 menit hingga set. Panaskan oven ke 160°C dan panggang 20 menit. Dinginkan lalu sajikan.
