Tumis kentang dadu dengan 3 sendok makan minyak zaitun dalam wajan dalam (diameter sekitar 24–25 cm). Bumbui dengan garam dan lada. Tambahkan 8 butir telur kocok dan masak di atas api sedang selama 3 menit. Masukkan bayam matang dan aduk rata.
Sauté the evenly diced potatoes in a deep skillet, roughly 9.5 to 10 inches in diameter, using 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper as they cook. Pour in the 8 beaten eggs and continue cooking over medium heat for 3 minutes. After that, add the cooked spinach, stirring until everything is well combined.
