Apple and Lily Bulb Vegetarian Soup simmers apples, lily bulb, figs, cashews, and walnuts into a sweet, meat-free broth made in a rice cooker.
Rinse the figs, lily bulb, and candied dates and set aside; cut the apples into pieces and remove the cores.
用水洗淨無花果、百合、蜜棗備用,將蘋果切件去芯。
Put all the ingredients into the rice cooker.
將所有材料放入電飯煲中。
Press the "Cook" button and simmer for about 1-1.5 hours. With a conventional rice cooker, press "Cook" first, wait about 15 minutes until the water boils, then switch to "Keep Warm" and simmer for about 1-1.5 hours.
