Winter Melon and Lotus Leaf Soup simmers winter melon, dried lotus leaf, poria, and tangerine peel into a light, clean vegetarian broth.
Rinse all the ingredients. Soak the dried tangerine peel until soft, then scrape off the inner pith.
將材料洗淨。陳皮浸軟後刮去內囊。
Deseed the winter melon and cut it into chunks with the skin on.
冬瓜去籽,連皮切塊。
Add all the ingredients to water and simmer for about 1 hour, then season with salt to taste before serving.
所有材料加水煲約 1 小時,最後加入適量鹽調味即可。
