2 fresh Chinese yam

20 g dried longan

20 g red kidney beans
紅腰豆 20 克
3 litres water

Rinse all the ingredients.

Rinse the fresh Chinese yam, then peel and cut it into pieces.

Add all the ingredients to the water, bring to a boil, then simmer over gentle heat for 1.5 hours. Season with salt and it's done!
