Hasselback potatoes baked at 200°C, then layered with cheddar, bacon and mozzarella in every slit and on top for a crisp, doubly cheesy finish.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices (use chopsticks as a guide so you do not cut all the way through).
薯仔切成一片片(以筷子固定,不要切到底)。
Brush with olive oil (coat carefully inside every slit).
搽上橄欖油(每個夾心位置也要仔細搽勻)。
Sprinkle over the salt and black pepper.
灑上鹽和黑胡椒。
Preheat the oven and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
先預熱焗爐,較200度焗30分鐘。
Take out and tuck a slice of cheese and bacon into each slit.
取出後,夾心放芝士片和煙肉。
Cover the top with cheese strips and chopped bacon.
面層舖滿芝士條和煙肉粒。
Finally add the butter and bake for another 10 minutes.
最後放上牛油,焗10分鐘即成!
