Cabbage and dried fish fried rice stir-fries rice with scrambled egg, dried whitebait and cabbage, seasoned with braised pork sauce and soy.
Beat the eggs, then scramble them in a hot oiled pan until cooked. Remove and set aside.
雞蛋打散，熱鍋加油炒熟後盛出。
Add oil to the pan. Stir-fry the dried small fish and chopped spring onion until fragrant. Add the cabbage and stir-fry, then add the braised pork sauce and toss together. Remove and set aside.
鍋中加油，爆香小魚乾和蔥花煸炒香，加入椰菜拌炒，接著加入肉燥醬一起炒香後盛出。
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
鍋中加入白飯拌炒，倒入醬油、鹽、黑胡椒調味。
Add the cooked cabbage mixture and scrambled eggs. Toss quickly until combined. Serve.
加入炒好的椰菜、蛋，快速拌勻即可。
