Spinach Salmon Egg Fried Rice pan-fries diced salmon golden, then stir-fries it with scrambled egg, garlic, onion and spinach through the rice.
Pan-fry the frozen diced salmon over medium-low heat until golden brown. Remove and break up the fish with chopsticks.
