Egg yolk purée mashes hard-boiled yolk into a smooth first food, thinned with water or stirred into baby rice cereal for infants starting solids.
Boil the egg until fully cooked, then remove the yolk.

Take a quarter of the yolk and mash it into a purée with a spoon.
取四分一蛋黃，用匙羹壓成泥。
If feeding it to baby on its own, thin it with a little water.
若直接餵給寶寶，可加少許水稀釋。
To feed it with rice cereal, water is optional; stir the yolk into the cereal until evenly combined.
若與米糊一起餵，加不加水皆可，放入米糊中攪拌均勻。
Now it is ready to feed to baby.
即可餵給寶寶食用。
