Low carb bread whisks one egg with powdered milk and baking soda into a thick batter, baked into a fluffy, slightly crisp loaf.

Combine the powdered milk and baking soda in a bowl and mix well. Crack the egg into a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Then add the powdered milk mixture in three parts, adding about 1/3 at a time.

Beat until well combined after each addition. Continue until all the powdered milk is incorporated and the batter is smooth and thick. When you lift the whisk, the mixture should be thick and stick to the whisk, not runny.

Grease a 4-inch round baking pan (with a removable bottom for easy release) with butter. Spread all the batter into the pan and smooth the top.

Bake in an oven or air fryer at 175°C (350°F) for about 10–15 minutes.
