Margherita Cake whips eggs and sugar with yogurt, flour, milk, and lemon zest into a light batter, baked and finished with a dusting of sugar.
Beat the eggs together with the sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Gradually add the yogurt, then alternate adding the flour and the milk. Finish by stirring in the baking powder and lemon zest.

Pour the made batter into a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool. Decorate it with either powdered sugar or coarse sugar.
