Steamed pork ribs with taro layers marinated ribs over thin taro slices, steamed until the taro turns soft and glutinous, soaking up the savoury sauce.
Soak the pork ribs for an hour, rinse clean and drain well.
排骨浸一個鐘,洗淨瀝乾水分。
Add all the seasonings to the ribs.
所有調味料加入排骨內。
Add the minced garlic and a little oil.
加蒜蓉、少許油。
Mix well, marinate for half an hour and cover with cling film.
拌勻醃半個鐘,冚上保鮮紙。
Prepare the taro.
準備芋頭。
Rinse clean, peel and cut into thin slices.
洗淨去皮切薄片。
Lay the taro on a plate and arrange the marinated ribs on top of the taro.
芋頭鋪喺碟上,醃好嘅排骨都碼喺芋頭上面。
When the water boils, place in the steamer and steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
水滾,放入鑊蒸 15 至 20 分鐘。
Remove from the steamer and scatter spring onion on top.
出鑊撒上蔥花即成。
