HK-Style Celery with Pork Slices stir-fries marinated pork with crisp celery and garlic for a light, quick everyday dish.
Wash the celery, remove the fibrous strings, and cut into pieces. Wash the pork, slice thinly, and marinate with the marinade ingredients for 15 minutes.
將西芹清洗乾淨,並去除其表面的粗糙纖維,再切成適當大小。豬肉則清洗後切成薄片,接著用上述的醃料(粟粉半茶匙、鹽1/4茶匙、米酒半茶匙)抓勻,醃製約15分鐘。
Stir-fry the pork until half-cooked, then set aside.
待豬肉醃好後,先將其放入鍋中翻炒,直到豬肉呈現半熟狀態,即可盛出,暫時放置一旁備用。
Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, add the celery and toss.
在同一鍋中(或另起鍋),將蒜頭爆香。待蒜頭香氣散發後,加入切好的西芹,快速翻炒。
Add the seasoning, stir-fry, then return the pork to the pan. Add a splash of water and cook until done.
隨後,加入準備好的調味料(鹽半茶匙、糖1/4茶匙、生抽半茶匙),與西芹一同拌炒均勻。再將之前炒好的豬肉片重新倒入鍋中,並加入少量清水,繼續烹煮至所有食材完全熟透即可。
