Whole Wheat Crêpes with Coconut Sugar whisk whole wheat flour, eggs, and lactose-free milk into a thin batter, pan-fried into tender crêpes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, coconut sugar, and salt. Make a well in the center.
喺攪拌碗度,將麵粉、椰糖同鹽混合,喺中央撥開一個坑。
In a small bowl, beat the eggs, then add them to the flour mixture. This step helps prevent lumps, but is optional.
喺小碗度打勻雞蛋,然後加入麵粉混合物度。呢個步驟有助避免結塊,但係可選嘅。
Add the eggs to the center of the bowl and start mixing with a whisk until it becomes difficult to stir.
將雞蛋加入碗嘅中央,用打蛋器攪拌至難以繼續攪動為止。
Gradually add the milk while whisking to loosen the batter. The batter will become smooth as you go.
一邊打蛋器攪拌一邊逐漸加入牛奶,將麵糊攪稀。麵糊會越來越順滑。
Melt the butter and add it to the batter. Mix well.
將牛油溶化,加入麵糊度攪拌均勻。
Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.
將麵糊靜置約30分鐘。
Time to cook! Add a small amount of butter to a hot skillet, especially if it's not nonstick. Spread the butter to coat the pan.
開始煮啦!喺熱鑊加少許牛油,特別係唔係不黏鑊嘅話。將牛油塗勻鑊底。
Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet and spread it evenly. Cook over medium heat. Flip the crêpe with a spatula to cook the other side.
舀一勺麵糊倒入鑊度,攤開均勻。用中火煎。用鑊鏟翻面再煎另一面。
Repeat the process until all the batter is used. This makes about 10 medium crêpes.
重複以上步驟直至麵糊用完,大約可製作10塊中等大小嘅可麗餅。
If the first crêpe is too thick, add a little more milk to thin the batter.
如果第一塊可麗餅太厚,可以加多少少牛奶將麵糊調稀。
