Pancakes whisk pancake mix with eggs and milk into a smooth batter, pan-fried golden and served with honey and fresh fruit.
Prepare all your ingredients.

In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and pancake mix.

Whisk these ingredients together until the batter is smooth.

Heat a lightly buttered skillet. Once the skillet is hot, pour the batter onto it. Cook the pancake until bubbles form across its surface and the edges start to dry.
將麵糊倒入抹咗少少牛油嘅鑊度。鑊熱之後,煮至表面出現氣泡、邊緣開始變乾。
Carefully flip the pancake and continue to cook the other side until it's golden brown and well cooked.
翻面,兩面煎至金黃熟透。
Transfer the finished pancakes to a serving plate.
將班戟移到碟上。
To serve, drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh fruit such as cherries, banana slices, and kiwi.
