Kuwadradong tokwa na pinrito hanggang ginto, ginisa sa tausi, bawang at green pepper sa toyo at oyster sauce na pinalapot.
Hiwain ang tokwa sa kuwadradong tulad ng dice.
Cut the tofu into dice-sized cubes.
Ihanda ang mga pampalasa.
Prepare the aromatics and seasonings.
Haluin ang toyo, oyster sauce, cornstarch at kalahating mangkok tubig hanggang pantay.
Stir together the light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch and half a bowl of water until smooth.
Iprito ang tokwa hanggang ginto → igisa ang bawang, dahon ng sibuyas at tausi hanggang mabango → green pepper → ibalik ang tokwa → ibuhos ang sarsa.
Fry the tofu until golden → fry the garlic, chopped spring onion and black beans until fragrant → add the green pepper → return the tofu → pour in the sauce.
Paghulugin ang sarsa, iplato at ihain.
Reduce the sauce, then dish up and serve.
