Chicken Shawarma Fries na may spice-marinated na manok sa ibabaw ng crispy fries, pipino, repolyo, at tahini-mayo sauce.
Marinahan ang manok ng paprika, cumin powder, coriander powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, pepper powder, garlic powder/paste, lemon juice at asin. Pahintuluting magpahinga ng 20 minuto.
Marinate the chicken. Combine the chicken with paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, pepper powder, garlic powder or paste, lemon juice, and salt. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
