Garlic butter bacon king oyster mushrooms na iniprito ang kabute hanggang ginto, tapos hinaluan ng malutong na bacon, sibuyas, edamame, at butter.
Hugasan ang king oyster mushrooms at hiwain sa 2 cm na kubo. Diced ang bacon at sibuyas. Patunawin ang edamame at itabi.
Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut into 2 cm cubes. Dice the bacon and onion. Thaw the edamame and set aside.
Magpainit ng mantika at igisa ang king oyster mushrooms ng 3-5 minuto hanggang mawala ang tubig. Iprito ang bacon hanggang mabango, idagdag ang bawang at sibuyas at igisa hanggang lumambot, tapos idagdag ang edamame. Tapusin sa butter para sa bango at timplahan.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the king oyster mushrooms for 3-5 minutes until the moisture has cooked off. Fry the bacon until fragrant, add the minced garlic and onion and stir-fry until softened, then add the edamame. Finish with butter for aroma and season to taste.
