Mashed potato cakes na may broccoli, sibuyas at mozzarella, niluto hanggang ginto gaya ng IKEA hash browns.
Hiwain ang sibuyas sa maliliit, igisa sa wok hanggang maging ginto; itabi.
Dice the onion and fry in a wok until golden; set aside.
I-blanch ang broccoli hanggang maluto, tadtarin nang pino at itabi.
Blanch the broccoli until cooked, chop finely and set aside.
Hiwain ang patatas, pakuluan hanggang lutong-luto, idagdag ang mantikilya at keso at durugin hanggang maging puree; itabi.
Cut the potatoes into pieces, boil until fully cooked, add the butter and cheese and mash into a puree; set aside.
Ihalo ang mashed potato sa hiniwang sibuyas, tinadtad na broccoli, black pepper at asin.
Mix the mashed potato with the diced onion, chopped broccoli, black pepper and salt.
Hulmahin sa mould bilang patatas cakes, pagkatapos i-bake sa 200°C nang mga 15-20 minuto. (Kung walang oven, iprito sa katamtamang-mahinang apoy hanggang maging ginto.)
Press into potato cakes in a mould, then bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes. (If you have no oven, pan-fry over medium-low heat until golden.)
