Japanese nikujaga na baboy, patatas at karot na nilaga kasama ang shirataki sa mirin at soy broth hanggang matamis at malambot.
Hiwain (roll-cut) ang patatas at karot sa maliliit na piraso. Hiwain nang manipis ang sibuyas.
Roll-cut the potato and carrot into small chunks. Shred the onion.
Iakma ang panimpla ayon sa panlasa kung kinakailangan.
Adjust the seasoning to taste if needed.
Magpainit ng kaunting mantika sa kawali, bahagyang iprito ang baboy, pagkatapos alisin at itabi.
Heat a little oil in a pan, sear the pork slices briefly, then lift out and set aside.

Add the shirataki noodles, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes until the vegetables are soft and have absorbed the flavour. Finally add the pork and simmer for another 5 minutes.
