Nilalaga ang patatas, karot, sibuyas at shirataki kasama ang baboy sa matamis na sarsa ng toyo, mirin at asukal hanggang lumambot, sulit sa kanin.
Painitin ang kawali na may kaunting mantika, bahagyang i-sear ang hiniwang baboy, alisin at itabi.
Heat a pan with a little oil, lightly sear the pork slices, then remove and set aside.
Igisa ang sibuyas, karot at patatas hanggang mabango, lagyan ng tubig, timplahan ng Japanese soy sauce, mirin at asukal.
Stir-fry the onion, carrot and potato until fragrant, add water, then season with Japanese soy sauce, mirin and sugar.
Idagdag ang shirataki noodles, takpan at pakuluan sa mahinang apoy ng 15 minuto hanggang lumambot at lumasa ang gulay. Sa huli idagdag ang baboy at pakuluan ng 5 minuto pa para matapos.
Add the shirataki noodles, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes until the vegetables are soft and flavoured. Finally add the pork and braise for another 5 minutes to finish.
