Hugasan ang sibuyas-dahon at hiwain nang manipis. Durugin ang crispy peanuts gamit ang likod ng kutsilyo.
Wash the spring onions and chop into small rings. Crush the crispy peanuts using the back of a knife.
Dahan-dahang durugin ang black sesame seeds gamit ang chopsticks, pagkatapos i-toast sa tuyong kawali hanggang mabango.
Lightly press the black sesame seeds with chopsticks, then toast in a dry pan until fragrant.

Ibuhos ang numbing-spicy na sarsa sa manok, budburan ng sibuyas-dahon, at ihain.
Pour the numbing-spicy dressing over the chicken, scatter with spring onion, and serve.
