Painitin sa room temperature ang butter hanggang lumambot. Sa isang malaking mangkok, ihalo ang lambot na butter sa icing sugar at asin hanggang pantay-pantay.
Bring the butter to room temperature until soft. In a large bowl, combine the softened butter with the icing sugar and salt, and mix until smooth.
Salain at ihalo ang cake flour at cornstarch. Sa hiwalay na mangkok, tunawin ang instant coffee sa mainit na tubig (kung ayaw matunaw, painitin sa tubig); ilagay ang likido ng kape sa masa at haluin.
Sift in the cake flour and cornstarch and mix until even. In a separate small bowl, dissolve the instant coffee in hot water (if it doesn't dissolve, warm over a hot-water bath), then add the coffee liquid to the dough and mix until smooth.
Ilipat ang masa sa piping bag at i-pipe ang gusto mong hugis ng bulaklak. Palamigin sa pridyider ng 30 minuto para magset. I-preheat ang oven sa 160°C at i-bake ng 20 minuto. Palamigin bago kainin.
Transfer the dough into a piping bag and pipe out flower shapes as you like. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy.
