Ginisang Water Spinach na may Fermented Bean Curd sa mabangong bawang at bean curd sauce na hinaluan ng Huadiao wine.
Hugasan ang water spinach at hiwain nang pahaba. Tadtarin ang bawang.
Wash the water spinach and cut into segments. Finely chop the garlic.
Haluin ang fermented bean curd at Huadiao wine hanggang lumusaw. (Kahit anong brand ng fermented bean curd ay pwede.)
Mix the fermented bean curd with the Huadiao wine and stir until smooth. (Any brand of fermented bean curd works.)
Igisa ang bawang at ang bean curd sauce hanggang mabango.
Stir-fry the garlic and the bean curd sauce until fragrant.
Idagdag ang water spinach — una ang tangkay, tapos ang dahon — lutuin saglit at haluin. Lagyan ng kaunting tubig at lutuin saglit.
Add the water spinach — stems first, then the leaves — cook briefly and toss to combine. Add a little water and cook briefly.
Paalala: ang fermented bean curd ay sapat na ang lasa, kaya hindi na kailangan ng karagdagang pampalasa.
Note: the fermented bean curd already gives plenty of flavour, so no extra seasoning is needed.
