Salmon at prawn tagliatelle na inihalo sa creamy sauce ng butter, peas, nutmeg at lemon kasama hipon at salmon.
Ihanda ang lahat dahil mabilis ang pagluluto nito! Maglagay ng malaking palayok ng kumukulong inasnan na tubig at simulan ang pagluluto ng pasta (ang akin ay tumatagal ng 6–8 minuto).
First, gather all your ingredients and prepare them, as this dish cooks very quickly! Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add salt and a touch of oil. Begin cooking the tagliatelle according to package directions (mine typically takes 6-8 minutes).

Drain the cooked pasta, making sure to reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Return the pasta and the reserved water to the same pot. I like to add a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of black pepper at this stage. Stir in half of the made sauce to coat well the tagliatelle. Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl, then spoon the remaining sauce over the top. For an extra touch, grate a little more nutmeg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
