Salad ng Wood Ear, Tofu Skin at Shredded Chicken na may blanched na tofu skin, wood ear, at karot, tinimplahan ng sesame oil.
Ibabad ang tuyong tofu skin hanggang lumambot, patulain, at hiwain nang manipis.
Soak the dried tofu skin until soft, then drain and cut into fine strips.
