Crêpes Mille-Feuille (Baghrir) memasak adonan semolina beragi menjadi panekuk berlubang, diolesi mentega, minyak zaitun, atau madu.
Campur semua bahan kering kecuali baking powder.
Stir together all the dry ingredients, making sure to set aside the baking powder for now.

Heat a crêpe pan until it's hot. Once heated, pour in a ladleful of batter and cook each crêpe for 1 to 2 minutes. You'll notice that holes will form on the surface of the crêpe as it cooks. When a crêpe is done, transfer it to a large kitchen towel to cool. Serve them brushed with butter, olive oil, or honey, according to your preference.
