Telur Kukus dengan Kerang Kering mengukus suwiran kerang hingga harum, lalu dicampur ke adonan telur saring dan dikukus hingga lembut gurih.
Rendam dulu kerang kering dalam air hingga lunak. Suwir halus dengan tangan. Taruh di piring dan kukus dengan api besar sekitar 15 sampai 20 menit hingga harum kerangnya tercium. Sisihkan air rendamannya.

Tambahkan air ke air rendaman kerang hingga 300 ml. Masukkan telur kocok, garam dan minyak, aduk rata. Saring adonan telur, buang busanya, tuang ke piring. Taburkan 1/3 suwiran kerang ke dalam telur. Tutup piring dengan foil. Kukus sekitar 12 menit. Setiap 4 menit, buka tutup sedikit agar uap keluar. Saat membuka tutup ketiga kali, lepas foil dan taburkan sisa suwiran kerang di atasnya dengan hati-hati. Tutup lagi dan kukus 5 menit lagi. Matikan api dan diamkan tertutup 5 menit. Selesai.
