Frittata bayam mengaduk bayam lunak ke telur berbumbu dengan gorgonzola, dipanaskan microwave dalam ramekin bermentega.

Place the frozen spinach leaves in a bowl and pour a small amount of boiling water over them. Once the spinach has softened, carefully drain away any excess water.

Pour the spinach and egg mixture into the ramekin, making sure it doesn't fill more than half of the dish. Scatter a few small pieces of gorgonzola cheese on top. Microwave the frittata for 2 minutes and 30 seconds at 360 watts. Serve it immediately.
