Cheese Lava Crispy Potato Bake layers roasted paprika potato wedges with a molten sauce of sour cream, butter and mozzarella, finished with parsley.
Cut the potatoes into pieces and blanch them gently in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
將薯仔切件,放入滾水輕輕灼熟約 5 分鐘。
Toss the potato wedges with paprika and salt, then roast in a preheated 220C oven for about 20 minutes.
薯角加入紅椒粉、鹽,放入已預熱 220 度嘅焗爐烤焗約 20 分鐘。
Over low heat, add the butter, flour, milk and sour cream in batches to make the cheese lava sauce.
以小火分次加入牛油、麵粉、牛奶、酸忌廉,做成芝士熔岩。
Spread buffalo mozzarella on the bottom of a baking dish, arrange the potato wedges on top, pour over the cheese lava, finish with more cheese and parsley, then bake in a preheated 190C oven for about 15 minutes.
先喺焗盤底部加入水牛芝士,然後放入薯角,倒入芝士熔岩,面層可加入芝士及番茜,放入已預熱 190 度嘅焗爐烤焗約 15 分鐘即成。
